Who's behind TaxFormify: it was built inside a practicing tax firm that kept hitting the same walls every season: phone calls, texts and email chains asking clients for the same documents over and over, and a patchwork of tools (spreadsheets for intake, one product for signatures, another for document collection, another for bulk email) that did not talk to each other.
The team made a list of every frustration and built TaxFormify to close them: intake forms, e-signatures, automatic reminders, bulk email, team collaboration and client messaging in one product. TaxFormify is made by Pinvity Inc., founded in 2024 and based in Alberta, Canada, and serves both CRA (Canada) and IRS (United States) practitioners.

Where is my data stored?
TaxFormify uses secure US-based infrastructure with AES-256-GCM encryption at rest and TLS in transit. We are not certified under any specific privacy or security framework, but we implement reasonable technical and organizational controls (encryption, access controls, MFA for accountant accounts, audit logging, and incident response) to protect your information.
